This agreement works with training centers and industry leaders to expand job opportunities for Emirati professionals. NAFIS Leadership Development Programme Launched in 2023, this initiative is designed to create the next generation of UAE National leaders in the private sector. This leadership development programme was developed by NAFIS in partnership with the Prime Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs.
