Mike Lemich Happy New Year!As we wrapped up 2023, our family was able to participate in a season of giving - giving of our time, talents, and monetarily to those less fortunate. Anastasia’s singing dance group performed a Christmas program at the Grapevine Giving Machine, where after the performance we were able to purchase needed supplies and items for families in Africa. It was a great experience for all, but especially the kids, as they chose to purchase four chickens, school books, and hygiene supplies. After that, my youngest was wondering when we were going to get chickens, which is when I introduced him to something called an HOA.He wasn’t impressed. Now that Christmas has ended, our family has switched to goal setting and finding ways to live up to our newly established family motto, “Better Every Day”. Beginning on New Year’s Eve, I decided to give the carnivore diet a valiant effort for the month of January. I enjoy experimenting with different diets, just to see how my body responds to them. I Both Calvin and Anastasia performed in a Christmas had tried plant based a while back, so I thought I would go to the piano recital (Anastasia’s first recital) and continued to opposite end of the spectrum and try carnivore. If you have any play their Christmas songs anywhere they could find a tips/tricks when it comes to cooking steak, let me know, as I am piano. Even Costco got blessed with a little extra always looking to add variety. Christmas cheer! Every year our family hosts an annual I hope your year is off to a good start and I look forward to cookie bake and then we enjoy giving plates of cookies speaking with you soon! to our neighbors and friends and eating quite a bit ourselves. Mike
