MATERIALITY ANALYSIS THE FIRST StAGe IN DEFInING oUR CSR StRaTEGY To achieve this, we conducted an extensive consultation with our stakeholders between February and March 2021, complemented by two additional approaches: one-hour telephone interviews and an online survey. We then prioritised the issues based on a predefined list provided by each stakeholder group consulted and conducted a detailed analysis of the results by stakeholder typology and major CSR responsibilities. The aggregated results were subsequently represented in this matrix. These initiatives help us deepen our dialogue and work together toward shared goals.
