Surprise! (to even us)... we got a dog. Never saw that coming, but here we are! Our oldest son is highly allergic to dogs, so we had not even considered it. A relative in Missouri informed us of a 4-year-old Goldendoodle who had been used for breeding and was in need of a new home. Luckily, she has not bothered Calvin's allergies or skin. So... meet Daisy! He said he wanted to spend his checks entirely on gumballs. Sorry, buddy, not happening. He is now the most famous dude we know. Use this link to watch the commercial. The nerves are real (for all of us!), but she's approaching it with her usual enthusiasm and is already making progress behind the wheel. High school life keeps her busy with friends and activities, and we love watching her grow. Through the ups and downs, we're reminding ourselves to cherish every moment. RFG Stories - Mike Lemich Another surprise, our youngest son, Carson, auditioned and was picked to be in a Good Good Golf commercial that filmed down in Austin. He got to live the life with his own golf cart, a personal stylist, a table of unlimited snacks and drinks, and received two big paychecks in the mail. Our family has stayed busy this spring with a mix of sports, school, and fun activities. The kids have been juggling practices, games, and birthdays/holidays, keeping our evenings full and exciting.
