Ryan brings a wealth of experience in the financial industry, having served as both Market President and Chief Risk Officer at American National Bank & Trust, where he led strategic growth initiatives and fostered strong client relationships. Welcome Ryan Schroer Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan is deeply rooted in the community. His civic involvement has allowed him to serve on many local not-for-profit boards and committees, including as chairman of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, chairman of Pediplace, vice chairman of deacons for Crossroads Bible Church, and treasurer for Lewisville ISD Education Foundation. A strong advocate for financial education, Ryan continues to be involved in mentoring youth through partnerships with Lewisville Independent School District and the Town of Flower Mound's Department of Economic Development. by Chris Robinson He and his wife, Erica, live in Flower Mound, Texas, with their three children, ages 8 to 14.
